Roof repairs that actually fix it
Most leaks are not where the stain is. Water runs along a purlin and drops through somewhere else entirely, which is why the last bloke's tube of sealant did not work. We get up there, find the actual entry point, and fix that — flashings, fixings, valleys, the fiddly bits everyone else pretends do not exist. If a repair is money down the drain we will say so and price the reroof instead.

What warranty do I get?
Ten years on our workmanship. If something we installed lets water in, we come back and fix it — no argument, no invoice, no "that's not covered". On top of that you get the manufacturer's material warranty, up to 50 years with NZ Steel COLORSTEEL, and we hand those documents over when we hand over the job.
Do you do insurance work?
Yes. Storm damage and wind damage are the common ones. We photograph the damage, write a scope your insurer can read, and price it properly. We deal with the assessor directly if that is easier for you.
Do you do emergency callouts?
No, and we would rather say so than pretend. We work 7am to 4pm on weekdays. If your roof is leaking right now, ring us in those hours and we will get someone there as soon as we can fit it in. Outside them, text Steve and he will call you first thing — put a bucket under it and take a photo of where the water is coming in.
My roof is covered in moss. Does it need replacing?
Not necessarily. Moss holds water against the steel and speeds up corrosion, but a roof with sound coating and good fixings can be washed and treated and carry on for years. The honest answer depends on what is under the moss, which is why the roof check is free. We will tell you if a wash is all it needs.
