What we do
Our services
The warranty
Our guarantee
10 years on our workmanship. If something we installed lets water in, we come back and fix it. No argument, no invoice, no "that's not covered".
Up to 50 years on the materials, backed by the manufacturer — NZ Steel COLORSTEEL® warranties come with your roof in writing, and we hand them over when we hand over the job.
- Fully insured
- Licensed Building Practitioners
- Site Safe certified
That's what we put in writing. If a roofer won't put a number on their workmanship, ask yourself why.

The products we use
What we screw down
Longrun steel from Metalcraft and NZ Steel COLORSTEEL®, plus the gutters to match. We will bring samples and hold them up against your house.

Espan 340
Standing seam with concealed fixings and high ribs that throw a strong shadow line. Nothing pierces the flat of the sheet, so there is nothing to work loose or rust through.

Corrugate
A true Kiwi icon, and still the most versatile sheet we lay. Cost-effective on roofs and walls, available in Zincalume, Galvsteel and COLORSTEEL Maxam, and it can be bullnose curved.

MC760
A five-rib trapezoidal profile for houses and commercial buildings, on the roof or the wall. It has the value of corrugate but goes down to a 3-degree pitch.

Metdek 500
A concealed-clip profile that suits low pitches on houses and commercial buildings alike. Available in Zincalume and COLORSTEEL Maxam.

150 Quarter Round gutter
Our standard residential gutter, manufactured in COLORSTEEL Maxam. A rounded face that suits most houses and takes internal or external brackets.

125 Old Gothic gutter
A residential favourite that looks right on both longrun and tile. Internal brackets are available, and it fits Fascia 185, 155 and 135.
Recent work
Let our work speak for itself

1,662 m² commercial reroof, Silverdale
100 Foundry Road. 1,662 m² of longrun, nine weeks, with the tenant trading underneath the whole time.

Corrugate reroof, Riverhead
A villa that had done its share of winters. Scaffold up, old roof off, new corrugate down.

Out with the rust
Rust does not stop once it starts. This one had gone too far to patch.

Lockwood reroof, Henderson
A Lockwood with skylights to work around. COLORSTEEL Grey Friars, flashings detailed properly.

Underlay to finished roof, Silverdale

Small roof, same standard
A job, start to finish
1,662 m² over nine weeks, with the shop open underneath
100 Foundry Road, Silverdale. The old roof came off and the new longrun went down in sections, so the tenant traded every day we were there. No closed days, no damaged stock, and the loading bay open every morning.
That is the same crew, and the same guarantee, that turns up to a three-bedroom house.

The people on your roof
You'll know who's up there
Exo is family-owned. Jean runs the roofs, Steve runs the quotes, and the same crew turns up each morning — no subbies you have never met, no vanishing acts.
"She'll be right, 'cause we never screw it up. We screw it down."

Where we work
From the yard in Silverdale
These three patches are where we are most weeks — but we cover greater Auckland, and we travel further for commercial work.
Before you ring
Questions people actually ask
We do not publish a price per square metre, because the number would be wrong for your house. What moves it is the size and pitch of the roof, how many storeys, whether scaffolding is needed, what profile you pick, and what we find under the old roof. We come out, measure it, and give you a written number before you commit to anything. That quote is the price.
